Q1: What is 123Layby? A1: 123Layby is an Australian-owned online store that offers a unique layby shopping experience. You can select from an exclusive range of products and choose flexible payment plans that suit your budget.

Q2: How does layby work? A2: Layby allows you to reserve a product by making incremental payments over a set period. You can choose weekly, fortnightly, or monthly payment plans. Once the full payment is made, we'll deliver the product to your doorstep.

Q3: What payment options are available? A3: We offer credit card (Mastercard & Visa) and direct debit as payment methods for your convenience.

Q4: Can I change my payment details? A4: Certainly! If you need to change your payment details, please contact our Customer Service Team at 1300 152 929 between 10.00 am and 5.00 pm, Monday to Friday.

Q5: What is the maximum layby period? A5: You can layby a product for a maximum of 52 weeks, giving you flexibility in paying for your chosen items.

Q6: Can I cancel my layby order? A6: Yes, you can cancel your layby order at any time before the final payment date. If cancelled after layby payments have started, a 20% cancellation fee will apply.

Q7: How long does delivery take? A7: Your goods will be delivered within 14 days from the final payment date. If there are any changes to your delivery details, please notify us as soon as possible.

Q8: What happens if I miss a payment? A8: If a payment is dishonoured, a $4.00 dishonour fee will be charged on your next scheduled payment. If three consecutive payments are missed, your order may be canceled.

Q9: Are returns accepted? A9: Yes, we accept returns for products with defects, damage during transit, or incorrect items received. Please initiate the return process within 7 days of receiving the product.

Q11: What if a product is out of stock during my layby period? A11: If a product becomes unavailable during your layby period, you'll be offered a similar product or the option for a full refund of your layby payment.

Q12: Is there a warranty for products? A12: Yes, all products are backed by the Manufacturer Authentic Warranty, ensuring the quality and reliability of your purchases.

Q13: How do I stay updated on layby progress? A13: You will receive notifications and updates on your layby progress via email. You can also contact our Customer Service Team for assistance.
