3. Layby Period: You can layby a product for up to 52 weeks. This gives you the flexibility to pay for your selected items over an extended timeframe.

4. Cancellation Policy: You can cancel your layby order at any time before the final payment date. If cancelled after layby payments have started, a 20% cancellation fee will apply to the layby payment amount received.

5. Returns and Refunds: We accept returns for products with defects, damage during transit, or incorrect items received. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.

If there is three consecutive payments are missed, we will cancel your order. The customer should inform the Customer Service Team of any scheduled payment delay
